"Steal My Bicycle! Please!"
I saw this bicycle "locked" here in Cambridge-- hopefully there aren't any details in this picture that make the location identifiable:

This has got to be one of the lamest attempts at securing one's bicycle I've seen. I know that bike-rack space is scarce, but this looks pretty easy to remove. The owner of the bicycle didn't even bother to lock the wheel to the frame.

You might want to re-post the photo, without the red
drawing superimposed. Your post is actually hilarious, but at first glance, it has much less impact. The red drawing looks like a chain, locked through the appropriate places. So one may find the chain to be a little lacking in strength, but otherwise, it seems to be a normal locking job (albeit not to any fixed structure).
