The radio / Has let us know / That this is not a test

Fresh from Washington, DC, where I was stranded at the airport for a few hours again, I see that the rain actually caused the Emergency Alert system in the DC area to get used for real. It wasn't "only a test" this time!

I had a dream to start my own organization, but I didn't have got enough amount of cash to do this. Thank God my close colleague recommended to utilize the loans. Therefore I received the consolidation loans and realized my old dream.
